Happy Weekend Love Bugs. Where are all my chocolate lovers? Let me just say again, Chocolate Brownies are simply the best and now having it in loaf form.. Am seriously drooling already.

Chocolate Banana Loaf is a Yummy, simple yet luxurious brownie you can ever eat. Just a bite will tell. This very fantastic chocolate recipe is true classic….HAPPY BAKING &EATING👍👍


 Chocolate Banana Loaf Recipe 

1/2 cup oat flour

1/2 cup chickpea flour

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 cup almond flour 

‌1/4 cup cocoa powder

1/2 teaspoon sea salt 

1/2 cup banana purée (5 ripe bananas)

1/2 cup chopped bitter sweet chocolate 

1/2 cup sunflower oil



1. Start by preheating your oven to 350•f. Grease a loaf pan with butter or oil and line it with parchment paper. the paper should also hang over by the sides of the pan. 

2. Get a big mixing bowl and whisk the flours, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa powder & salt together. Then in another separate big bowl, whisk the egg & sugar together until well combined. Add the oil, banana purée & vanilla and keep whisking until it properly mixed.

Then use a spatula to mix the dry ingredients in the first bowl into the second bowl little at a time to avoid lumps until completely mixed. Add chopped chocolate to the mixture and reserve a little for the topping. 

3. Pour the mixture in the loaf Pam & smooth the surface with a spatula. Then sprinkle the remaining chocolates on top of it. 

4. Put it in the center of the oven & bake for 45 mins. Make sure your cake or loaf tester comes out clean and the loaf is slightly browned before you bring the pan out of the oven. Allow to cool a bit for 10-15 mins and then remove the loaf carefully from the pan. 

‍Allow it to cool a little more before slicing. Can be taken with drinks, hot coffee/ tea.
